Reg - King of the Mountains...

I mentioned earlier how Reg has very kindly organised a - challenging - ride around the Surrey Hills this Saturday, we found out today that he's now done two practice rides of the route... no doubt so he can maintain his title of King of the Mountains... and scoff as we all fall off our bikes exhausted...

Actually, even though he's a swat, he sent this photo through which does look lovely I confess...

I can't wait to cycle from the bottom to the top... several times... sounds wonderful, a bit like cutting your own heart out with a rusty spoon!
